Manipulative Medicine is hands on, non-invasive, physical medicine techniques that improve mobility, range of motion and frequently relieves pain.
Does Manipulative Medicine hurt?
Most experience only mild discomfort during a manipulative treatment. Some occasionally have more. This is dependent on the injury being treated and each individual's pain tolerance.

What does Manipulative Medicine entail?
A Manipulative Medicine treatment is usually done with the patient in street clothes. It is preferable that ladies wear slacks or shorts. Looser fitting clothing is also preferred.
How long does a Manipulative Medicine treatment take?
The initial manipulative treatment usually takes 30-60 minutes. Subsequent manipulative treatments usually last 15-30 minutes.
Will I notice results immediately?
Most will have significant improvement immediately following the manipulation.
Will the results be dramatic?
Possibly.
Is Manipulative Medicine treatment curative? If not, how long before I need another treatment?
Some patients find they have total relief of all symptoms after one Manipulative Medicine treatment. Most, however, require several treatments for total resolution. This is dependent on many factors....duration of symptoms, complexity of injury, general health, etc.
What can Manipulative Medicine be used to treat?
Manipulative Medicine treatment can be directed toward sports injuries, structural birth injuries, and a wide variety of other injuries that occur in everyday life.
